Németország szerdán a többi között Patriot légvédelmi rendszer további két kilövőjét adta át Ukrajnának a legújabb fegyvertámogatás keretében – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a német kormány honlapjára hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint az új német katonai segélycsomag a következőket tartalmazza: 10 darab Bandvagn 206 lánctalpas terepjáró; 6525 darab 155 mm-es kaliberű lőszer; eszközök robbanásveszélyes tárgyak ártalmatlanításához; 5 darab határőr jármű; 4 darab VECTOR felderítő drón; 1163 darab távcső; 6 darab 8´8 HX81 nyerges vontató és 5 darab félpótkocsi; 2 darab 8´6 be- és kirakodó gép; 100 MG5 géppuska; 40 ezer elsősegélydoboz.
Ezenkívül 20 000 darab védőszemüveget szállítanak Ukrajnába a Bundeswehr raktáraiból. Katonai támogatás, amelyet Németország a jövőben Ukrajnának tervez átadni: anyagok robbanásveszélyes tárgyak ártalmatlanításához; 80 000 darab védőszemüveg.
A német kormány megjegyezte, hogy a szállítmányok a német biztonsági kapacitásépítési alapokból finanszírozott ipari készletekből származnak. Egyes szállításokat korszerűsíteni kell, vagy a gyártás folyamatban van, és oktatási programokat is szerveznek.

Az Egyesült Államok továbbra is támogatja Ukrajnát, és segít létrehozni a „jövő hadseregét” – jelentette be Antony Blinken amerikai külügyminiszter finnországi látogatása során, számolt be a Jevropejszka Pravda.
Elmondása szerint egy ilyen hadsereg része a „modern légierő, integrált lég- és rakétavédelem, modern harckocsik és páncélozott járművek, nemzeti lőszergyártási potenciál, valamint a hadsereg harckészültségének fenntartását szolgáló kiképzések, illetve eszközök”.

Varsó kétszáz darab Rosomak (Rozsomák) típusú harcjárművet ad át Ukrajnának, és a harci eszközök fele nagyon rövid időn belül meg is érkezik – jelentette be Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán államfő. A politikus egyben arról is beszámolt, hogy Lengyelország átadja MiG-29-es harci gépeit, s ezek mellett önjáró lövegeket és rakétákat is szállít szomszédjának.
A harcjárművekre elsősorban azért van szükség, mert Ukrajna néhány héten belül meg akarja indítami tavaszi offenzíváját, amely során minden bizonnyal az Ukrajna déli részén lévő területeket próbálja meg visszafoglalni az orosz megszállóktól. A Rosomak járművek árát az EU és az USA fizeti meg Varsónak.

Jens Stoltenberg NATO-főtitkár azt javasolta, hogy a tagországok évente 500 millió eurót különítsenek el az Ukrajnának szánt átfogó segélycsomagra – számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál a Bloomberg hírügynökségre hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Stoltenberg azt szeretné, ha a szövetségesek növelnék hozzájárulásaikat az Ukrajnának nyújtott átfogó segélycsomag alapjához. Ez az alap rövidtávú segítséget nyújt, például üzemanyagot, védőfelszerelést és eszközöket szállít Ukrajnának az orosz invázió elleni küzdelemhez.
Ezen túlmenően az alap célja, hogy hosszú távú támogatást nyújtson az ukrán fegyveres erők modernizálásához és a NATO interoperabilitási normáinak eléréséhez. Mint a Bloomberg írta, Stoltenberg javaslatának részleteit még ki kell dolgozni. Bár az Ukrajnának nyújtott támogatás nem halálos, a szövetségeseknek segíteni fog Ukrajna modern fegyverekkel való ellátásában a háború idején.

Újabb katonai segélyadomány érkezett Németországból, amely az IRIS-T légvédelmi rendszerhez szükséges rakétákat, teherautókat és pickup járműveket tartalmaz. A listát a szövetségi kormány honlapján tették közzé, számolt be az Ukrinform.
A szállítmány 15, többek között két 15 tonnás teherautót, 12 nyerges vontatót és 4 nyerges pótkocsit, 12 határvédelmi és 2 pickup járművet tartalmaz. Az IRIS-T légvédelmi rendszerhez szükséges rakétát számát nem hozták nyilvánosságra.
A jövőben 14 db Leopard 2A6 harckocsi, két Bergepanzer 3 páncélozott javító- és evakuációs jármű, két légi megfigyelő radarállomás, valamint 64 nyerges vontató és 72 nyerges pótkocsi szállítását tervezik.
A német szövetségi kormány által a 2022. január 1. és 2023. január 23. közötti időszakban hadi eszközök exportjára kiadott egyedi engedélyek összértéke 2 336 002 954 euró.

A médium jelentése szerint Zelenszkij Bahmutban azt mondta: „nehéz a helyzetünk. Az ellenség növeli csapatainak létszámát, de a fiaink bátrabbak. Erősebb fegyverekre van szükségünk. Köszönetet mondok a fiaink nevében az USA Kongresszusának és az Egyesült Államok elnökének a támogatásért, de ez a támogatás nem elég.” Ezt az elnök akkor jelentette ki, amikor a katonák átadtak neki egy általuk aláírt zászlót. Ezt a zászlót az ukrán fegyveres erők ajándékozzák Joe Biden amerikai elnöknek és a Kongresszusnak, hogy megköszönjék a nekik küldött fegyvereket. „A fiúk átadták nekem a csodálatos zászlónkat, amelyen az aláírásaik vannak” – mondta el Volodimir Zelenszkij újságíróknak.

45 ország és intézmény találkozik hétfőn Párizsban, hogy több millió eurós segélyt ígérjenek Moldovának, mivel egyre nagyobb a félelem, hogy az ukrajnai konfliktus tovább destabilizálhatja az országot.
Az Ukrajna és Románia között fekvő Moldovát az emelkedő élelmiszer- és energiaárak, valamint a mintegy 2,5 millió lakosú országba érkező több ezer menekült beáramlása is sújtja. Úgy vélik, Moldova minden más országnál több menekültet fogadott be.
Moldova nagymértékben függ az orosz energiaellátástól, egyre nagyobb nehézségekkel néz szembe a tél beköszöntével, és azzal, hogy Moszkva mintegy 40 százalékkal csökkentette a földgázszállításokat, ami rontja a lakosság áramellátásának biztosítását.
Moldova közvetlenül érintett, mivel függ az orosz energiaellátástól, és olyan ország, amely területének egy részét orosz katonák ellenőrzik, így különösen sebezhető – mondta egy francia diplomata a The Guardian szerint.
A segélyt Moldova költségvetésének és áramellátásának támogatására, valamint több ezer ukrán menekült befogadásának költségeire fordítanák.
