A jelentés szerint Duda Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök meghívására érkezett Kijevbe. A látogatás során az elnökök és a delegációk kétoldalú megbeszéléseket folytatnak az ukrajnai helyzetről, a katonai, gazdasági és humanitárius projektek támogatásáról, valamint a kétoldalú együttműködésről.
Duda látogatására az ukrán függetlenség napjának előestéjén kerül sor, és ez az ötödik találkozó Lengyelország és Ukrajna elnöke között idén, és a harmadik a háború kezdete óta. A korábbi találkozókra január 20-21-én került sor Lengyelországban, február 23-24-én, április 13-án és május 21-22-én pedig Kijevben.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy Andrzej Duda lengyel elnök korábban azt mondta, hogy az Ukrajna elleni teljes körű invázióval Oroszország megsértette a tabut, amely a második világháború után a határok sérthetetlenségére vonatkozott. A Krími Platform egy 2021-ben létrehozott nemzetközi fórum, amelynek célja a Krím megszállásának megszüntetése. Első csúcstalálkozóját tavaly szintén augusztus 23-án tartották Kijevben. Ukrajna az Egyesült Nemzetek Szervezete (ENSZ) vezetésének aktívabb fellépését reméli az orosz agresszió elleni küzdelemben. Többek között a Krími platformhoz való csatlakozással, áll az ukrán külügyminisztérium, az ENSZ fennállásának 76. évfordulója alkalmából kiadott közleményében.
A nyilatkozat szerint Ukrajna az ENSZ egyik alapító tagjaként megerősíti elkötelezettségét a modern világrend, az ENSZ-alapokmányában foglalt elvei mellett. Valamint készen áll hozzájárulni a békefenntartó műveletekhez.

„Hisztérikusnak” minősítette Dmitro Kuleba külügyminiszter szerdán a Krími Platform elnevezésű rendezvénysorozatot megnyitó hétfői csúcsértekezletre adott orosz reagálásokat.
A tárcavezető a Facebookon emlékeztetett arra, hogy a csúcsértekezleten 46 külföldi delegáció vett részt. Ezekben a napokban több mint 300 publikációt tettek közzé a platformról a világ közel 50 országának kiadványaiban, Észak- és Közép-Amerikától Délkelet-Ázsiáig – emelte ki. Hozzátette, hogy a publikációk száma a konferenciáról egyre nő, közöltek a külföldi sajtóban elemző cikkeket és idézeteket a kijevi csúcson részt vevő külföldi vezetők interjúiból is. „A világon emberek milliói értesültek a Krími Platformról” – tette hozzá.
A Krimi Platformnak Kijev szándéka szerint az a célja, hogy újra ráirányítsa a nemzetközi közvélemény figyelmét az Oroszország által 2014-ben annektált félsziget kérdésére. Volodimir Zelenszkij ukrán elnök a csúcsértekezletet megnyitó beszédében azt mondta, hogy a platform végső célja a Krím felszabadítása, és a résztvevőknek közös erőfeszítéssel rá kell kényszeríteniük Oroszországot, hogy üljön tárgyalóasztalhoz annak megvitatására, miként térhetne vissza a félsziget Ukrajna fennhatósága alá.
A csúcsértekezlet felszólalói támogatásukról biztosították Ukrajnát a Krím hovatartozásának kérdésében, és felszólították Oroszországot, hogy szüntesse meg a terület jogellenes annexióját. A konferencia végén a résztvevők a Krím megszállását elítélő nyilatkozatot írtak alá. A dokumentumban van egy pont, amely kilátásba helyezi újabb szankciók bevezetését Oroszországgal szemben, ha nem vet véget az agressziónak, továbbá első alkalommal nevezik Oroszországot agresszor államnak – emelte ki az Ukrajinszka Pravda hírportál. Marija Zaharova orosz külügyi szóvivő kedden közölte, hogy Oroszország területi épsége elleni támadási kísérletként értékeli egyes országok és nemzetközi szervezetek részvételét a Krími Platformon. Az ukrán hírportál szerint Szergej Lavrov orosz külügyminiszter pedig a platformot „ruszofób akciónak” nevezte.

Romániában a legnagyobb kormánypárt, illetve a legnagyobb frakcióval rendelkező ellenzéki párt elnöke is sértésnek nevezte, hogy Áder János a Krími Platform elnevezésű rendezvénysorozatot megnyitó hétfői csúcsértekezleten párhuzamot vont a Trianon traumája és a Krím annektálása között.
A 46 ország, illetve nemzetközi szervezet képviselője, köztük 14 állam- és kormányfő részvételével megrendezett konferencián a magyar köztársasági elnök rámutatott: a magyarok tudatába mélyen beleégett mind a nagyhatalmi agresszió, mind pedig Trianon traumájának emléke, ezért pontosan tudják, hogy Ukrajna népe számára miért annyira érzékeny seb a Krím annexiója. Áder János hangsúlyozta, hogy Magyarország a „rokon fájdalom” miatt és a nemzetközi jog iránti elkötelezettség okán is határozottan kiáll Ukrajna szuverenitása, az ország területi integritása mellett.
Marcel Ciolacu, az ellenzéki Szociáldemokrata Párt (PSD) elnöke Facebook-bejegyzésben méltatlankodott kedden amiatt, hogy Románia vezetői 24 óra elteltével is válasz nélkül hagyták, hogy országukat a legmagasabb szinten „alázzák meg”. A PSD elnöke szerint elfogadhatatlan, hogy a magyar államfő Erdély – „az egyöntetű román népakarat által eldöntött és a nemzetközi békeszerződések által szentesített” – Romániához csatolását a Krím erőszakos, mindenki által bírált és egyetlen demokratikus állam által sem elismert annektálásával hasonlítja össze.
Az ellenzéki vezető hozzátette: a kijevi konferencián Romániát képviselő Florin Citu miniszterelnöktől nem is várt semmit, de Klaus Iohannis államfő részéről, aki egy éve még a „Jó napot kívánok, PSD” magyar köszöntéssel gúnyolódva a PSD-t vádolta meg azzal, hogy „eladja Erdélyt a magyaroknak”, Ciolacu szerint nemzetárulással ér fel, ha nem utasítja vissza a magyar államfő „sértését”.
Kedd este a bukaresti jobbközép koalíciós kormány legnagyobb pártja, a Nemzeti Liberális Párt (PNL) elnöke is úgy vélekedett, hogy Áder János „harcias” beszédének semmi köze a történelmi valósághoz és Romániának egy ilyen „sértést” „normális körülmények között” nem kell válasz nélkül hagynia. Ludovic Orban állásfoglalása, amellyel azt is jelezte, hogy nem feltétlenül ért egyet a hivatalos kormányzati döntésekkel, azzal áll összefüggésben, hogy a PNL-n belül éles ellentét alakult ki közte és a pártelnökségre szintén pályázó Florin Citu miniszterelnök között.
Az újságírók kedden a román kormányfőt is reagáltatták Áder János szavaira. „Ezekről a kérdésekről (csak) itt beszélünk, Bukarestben” – mondta Florin Citu. Hozzátette: meglepte a PSD támadása és hogy sokakat ez téma foglalkoztatja, holott Ukrajnában egyebek mellett az ott élő román kisebbség anyanyelvű oktatási jogaiért emelt szót, maga a csúcstalálkozó pedig kötött keretek között zajlott le – számolt be a román kormányfő reagálásáról az Agerpres hírügynökség.

Moszkva a Krími Platform elnevezéssel Kijevben megrendezett fórumot Oroszországgal szemben rendkívül barátságtalannak tartja – jelentette ki Dmitrij Peszkov, a Kreml szóvivője hétfőn Moszkvában.
A rendezvény vezérmotívuma a Krím orosz elcsatolásának elutasítása.
„Ezt az eseményt rendkívül barátságtalannak tartjuk hazánkkal szemben. Kategorikusan elutasítjuk az ilyen (a félsziget annektálásának elismerését megtagadó) kijelentéseket egy orosz régió, a Krím ügyében. Ebben a tekintetben a mi hozzáállásunk teljesen egyértelmű – oroszellenes eseményként viszonyulunk hozzá” – mondta a Kreml szóvivője.
Szergej Lavrov egy, a krími Szudakban augusztus 12-én megtartott ifjúsági tanácskozáson az Ukrajna által kezdeményezett találkozót olyan gyülekezetnek nevezte, amelyen a Nyugat továbbra is a mai ukrán hatóságok „neonáci és rasszista érzelmeit fogja dajkálni”. Marija Zaharova, az orosz külügyminisztérium szóvivője szombaton közölte, hogy Oroszország „rögzíteni fogja a fórumon részt vevő országok álláspontját”, és „levonja majd a megfelelő következtetéseket”.
Alekszandr Grusko külügyminiszter-helyettes vasárnap a Kommerszant című lapnak nyilatkozva arra figyelmeztetett, hogy az Európai Unió és az európai országok képviselőinek részvétele a kijevi rendezvényen „negatív hatást gyakorolhat” az orosz-uniós párbeszédre, aminek a résztvevők a tudatában vannak. A diplomata szerint Moszkva a fórumot olyan „politikai performansznak” tekinti, amely „semmilyen módon nem befolyásolja a krími nép szabad akaratnyilvánítása által kialakított nemzetközi jogi realitást”.
Nyikolaj Akszjonov, a Krím vezetője a Rosszija 24 televíziónak úgy nyilatkozott, hogy a kijevi tanácskozás híján van a józan észnek és a logikának. Megítélése szerint Ukrajnának sem esélye, sem módja nincs a félsziget feletti ellenőrzés visszaszerzésére.
A Krímet a félszigeten megrendezett népszavazás eredményére hivatkozva 2014-ben csatolta el Oroszország Ukrajnától, amit a nemzetközi közösség túlnyomó többsége nem ismert el.

Ukrajna és a nemzetközi partnerek erőfeszítései arra kell, hogy kényszerítsék Oroszországot, hogy leüljön a tárgyalóasztalhoz Krím visszaadását illetően, jelentette ki Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök a Krími platform alakuló csúcstalálkozója megnyitóján Kijevben, közölte az Elnöki Hivatal sajtószolgálata.
„Önerőből hazánk – Ukrajna soha nem tudja visszaszerezni a Krím-félszigetet. Szükségünk van nemzetközi szintű hatékony és új szintű támogatásra az ukrán félsziget visszafoglalásához… Közös erőfeszítéseink arra kell, hogy kényszerítsék Oroszországot, hogy üljön le a tárgyalóasztalhoz a Krím-félsziget visszaszolgáltatását illetően”, – mondta Zelenszkij.
Egyben megjegyezte, hogy a Fekete-tenger biztonsága biztosítása nélkül nem valószínű, hogy vissza lehet szerezni a félszigetet.
Zelenszkij ugyanakkor hozzátette, közös erőfeszítésekkel sikerült megállítani Oroszország fegyveres agresszióját a donbászi régióban, de eddig nem sikerült Ukrajnának visszaszereznie a Krím-félszigetet.
„Ukrajna önökkel együtt, barátainkkal, nemzetközi partnereinkkel – a Krími platform résztvevőivel új fejezet ír az ország történelmében, az ukrán Krím történetében. Ez a fejezet a deokupációról, a visszaszolgáltatásról szól. Végül is ez a Krími platform végső célja. A Krím-félsziget megszállása Moszkvában kezdődött. Mi itt, Kijevben megkezdjük Krím visszafoglalását”, – hangsúlyozta az elnök.
