A jelentés szerint Merlnik azt írta: „kancellár úr. Örülök, hogy felszólította Putyint, hogy vessen véget ennek a háborúnak, de ezek csak szavak. Oroszország csak az erő nyelvén ért. Adjon ultimátumot Putyinnak. Fájdalmas következményekkel. Állítsa meg az ukránok energetikai népirtását. Kérem, tegye meg.”
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy tegnap Olaf Scholz német kancellár a Kreml vezetőjéhez, Vlagyimir Putyinhoz fordult. A német vezető kijelentését a Német Szociáldemokrata Párt állampárti konferenciáján jelentette be. „Hagyja abba ezt a háborút, vonja ki csapatait, és jelölje ki az utat az Ukrajnával folytatott béketárgyalások előtt, amelyeket nem Oroszország diktál. Egyetlen ország sem a szomszédos hátsó udvar. Senkinek nincs joga behatolni valaki más területére” – fordult beszédében Olaf Scholz Vlagyimir Putyinhoz.

A Nemzetközi Atomenergia-ügynökség (NAÜ) igazgatótanácsa új határozatot fogadott el csütörtöki zárt ülésén, melyben felszólítja Iránt, hogy sürgősen működjön együtt a szakosított ENSZ-szervezettel a három be nem jelentett atomlétesítményben talált uránnyomok ügyében folyó vizsgálatban – közölték diplomaták.
Az Egyesült Államok, Nagy-Britannia, Franciaország és Németország által javasolt és a testület 35 tagja közül 26 által támogatott csütörtöki határozat idén a második, amely felszólítja Iránt az együttműködésre a vizsgálattal kapcsolatban. A vizsgálat eredményétől függ a 2015-ben Bécsben aláírt nemzetközi nukleáris megállapodás újraélesztése.
A 2015. évi atomalkuban Irán vállalta, hogy az ellene elrendelt nemzetközi szankciók fokozatos feloldása fejében korlátozza atomprogramját.

Olaf Scholz német kancellár világos állásfoglalást követelt Vietnamtól az ukrajnai orosz hadművelettel szemben hivatali partnerével, Pham Minh Chinhhel folytatott megbeszélését követően vasárnap Hanoiban.
Az orosz támadóháború esetében a nemzetközi jog veszélyes precedensértékű megsértéséről van szó. A kis országok nem lehetnek többé biztonságban a nagyobb, erőteljesebb szomszédjaik viselkedésétől. Az indiai-csendes-óceáni térségben is a jog erejének kell érvényesülnie, nem pedig az erősebb jogának – hangsúlyozta a német kancellár Kínára utalva, amely a nyersanyagokban gazdag Dél-kínai-tenger szinte egészét magának követeli, viszont a térség egyes részeire a Fülöp-szigetek, Vietnam, Malajzia, Brunei és Tajvan is igényt tart.

A hegyi-karabahi konfliktusövezetben zajlott 44 napos háború második évfordulóján az EU felszólította Örményországot és Azerbajdzsánt, hogy folytassák a megbékélést célzó erőfeszítéseiket az újabb emberi áldozatok és károk megelőzése érdekében – jelentette be Peter Stano, az EU külpolitikai szóvivője november 11-én közzétett nyilatkozatában, számolt be a Jevropejszka Pravda.
Az EU üdvözölte Örményország és Azerbajdzsán vezetése részéről tett számos lépést, melyek célja a nézeteltérések leküzdése, valamint az erős és fenntartható béke elérése a régióban. Örményország demilitarizált övezet létrehozását javasolja Karabah környékén és az örmény–azerbajdzsáni határon.
„Az EU nagyra értékeli állandó részvételüket a folyamatban lévő különböző szintű és formátumú tárgyalásokon. Bár ezek a tárgyalások minden bizonnyal bonyolultak és időigényesek, nagyon fontos, hogy ne veszítsenek a lendületből, konkrét lépésekről egyezzenek meg, és egy biztonságos és virágzó környezetet biztosítsanak a régió lakosságának” – áll a közleményben.
Az EU felszólította a feleket, hogy kerüljék a feszültségek szükségtelen fokozódását, többek között tartózkodjanak a fenyegetésektől, vádaskodásoktól és katonai provokációktól.
Az EU továbbra is aktívan reagál mindkét fél ajánlásaira, támogatja őket valamennyi kérdés átfogó és méltányos rendezése érdekében végzett munkájukban Charles Michel, az Európai Tanács elnöke, Josep Borrell, a diplomáciai vezetője és Toivo Klaar EU különleges képviselő személyes erőfeszítései és más uniós mechanizmusok alkalmazásával.
A 2020-ban a hat hétig tartó harcok több mint 6500 emberéletet követeltek, mielőtt az orosz közvetítéssel elért tűzszünet véget nem vetett a harcoknak.
A 2020-as megállapodás értelmében Örményország átengedte az évtizedek óta ellenőrzése alatt álló területrészeket, Oroszország pedig békefenntartókat küldött a törékeny fegyverszünet felügyeletére.
A 2020-as háborút követően gyakoriak az összetűzések az országok határain.

A külügyminisztérium az Iránról szóló frissített utazási tájékoztatójában nyomatékosan eltanácsolta a német állampolgárokat a közel-keleti ország meglátogatásáról, és kiemelte, hogy az ott tartózkodóknak távozniuk kell, mert önkényes letartóztatás és hosszú börtönbüntetés veszélye fenyegeti őket.
Különösen veszélyeztetettek a német–iráni kettős állampolgárok – tették hozzá, rámutatva, hogy a közelmúltban számos külföldi állampolgárt letartóztattak az iráni hatóságok. Oroszország már szeptemberben megkezdte az élelmiszerválság szándékos kiélezését, a bejelentés már várható volt a részéről, hogy végleg felmondja a gabonaexport kezdeményezést, vagyis ez a döntés nem ma született – jelentette ki Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök szombat esti videoüzenetében, számolt be a korrespondent.net hírportál.
Min az elnök hangsúlyozta, „Oroszország már szeptemberben elkezdte szándékosan súlyosbítani az élelmiszerválságot, amikor blokkolta a gabonával megrakott hajók mozgását. Szeptembertől máig 176 hajó gyűlt össze a gabonafolyosón, amelyek nem tudnak továbbhaladni. Ez több mint hétmillió fogyasztó élelmiszere. Egyes gabonaszállító hajók már több mint három hete várnak. Algéria, Egyiptom, Jemen, Banglades, Vietnam és más országok szenvedhetik meg az élelmiszerválság újabb súlyosbodását, amit szándékosan provokálnak.”
Az államfő felszólította a világközösséget, hogy határozottan reagáljon Moszkva lépésére. „Miért van az, hogy egy maroknyi ember valahol a Kremlben eldöntheti, hogy Egyiptomban vagy Bangladesben lesz-e étel az emberek asztalán? Most erőteljes nemzetközi reakcióra van szükség mind az ENSZ szintjén, mind más szinteken, különösen a G20 szintjén” – mutatott rá az elnök.
Az ukrán vezető egyúttal köszönetet mondott mindenkinek, aki segít Ukrajnának az Oroszországi Föderáció elleni védekezésben. „Ukrajna volt és lehet továbbra is a globális élelmezésbiztonság egyik garanciája. Az orosz terrornak és zsarolásnak veszítenie kell. Az emberiségnek győznie kell. És köszönöm mindenkinek, aki segít közelebb hozni ezt az időt!” – hangoztatta Volodimir Zelenszkij.
