Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök videoüzenetében közölte, szombaton találkozott Ursula von der Leyennel, az Európai Bizottság elnökével, aki Kijevbe látogatott. Megjegyezte: Ukrajna folytatja átalakulását, hogy készen álljon az Európai Unió teljes jogú tagságára.
„Nagyon fontos látogatás volt. Ursula von der Leyen, az Európai Bizottság elnöke. Közvetlenül az Európai Bizottságnak a csatlakozási tárgyalások megkezdésére vonatkozó ajánlásaink végrehajtásáról szóló jelentése előtt. Már idén számítunk a politikai döntésre” – mondta az elnök.
Elmondása szerint Ukrajna egész évben nagyon aktívan tevékenykedett az ajánlások végrehajtása érdekében: vannak jogalkotási aktusok, vannak rendszerszintű döntések és határozatok a nemzeti közösségekkel kapcsolatban. Az Európai Bizottság által meghatározottak teljes spektruma.
Megjegyezte, hogy Ukrajna belpolitikája az európai integráció politikája, és ez az, ami közelebb visz az EU-csatlakozás pillanatához.
Az elnök üzenetének főbb pontjai:
Ukrajna hosszú utat tett meg – attól a ténytől kezdve, hogy egy teljes körű háború során sokan nem is hittek az Európai Unióhoz való közeledésünk lehetőségében, egészen addig, hogy rekordidő alatt megkaptuk a tagjelölti státuszt, és teljesítjük a tárgyalások megkezdéséhez szükséges pontokat.
Folytatjuk országunk átalakítását, hogy készen álljunk – reálisan – az Európai Unióba való teljes értékű belépésre, hogy minden intézményünket, minden standardunkat az európai szabályokhoz igazítsuk.
Az Ursula von der Leyennel való találkozás után elmondtam: ez az a törvénytervezet, amely a Korrupcióellenes Szakosított Ügyészség képességeit növeli, és amit már évtizedekkel ezelőtt meg kellett volna tenni, nevezetesen a lobbizásról szóló törvénytervezet. Az egyéb szükséges kérdéseket is megoldjuk.
Mindannyiunknak Ukrajnában meg kell szoknunk, hogy a belső politikánk az európai integráció politikája, és ez az, ami közelebb visz ahhoz a pillanathoz, amikor az ukrán lobogó egyenrangú lesz Brüsszelben az EU-tagállamok zászlajával… Jó jelzéseket hallottam az Európai Bizottság elnökétől a tárgyalások megkezdése felé tett lépéseinkkel kapcsolatban.
Délelőtt az a megtiszteltetés ért, hogy Ursulával együtt gratulálhattam vasutasainknak a szakmai napjukhoz. Most, egy teljes körű háború alatt mindenki számára nyilvánvalóvá vált, hogy vasutasaink munkája mennyire fontos az állam, a normális élet biztosítása szempontjából.

Kijevbe látogatott hétfőn Bujar Osmani, az Európai Biztonsági és Együttműködési Szervezet (EBESZ) vezetője és Észak-Macedónia külügyminisztere – közölte az rbc.ua hírportál a Civil Media című kiadványra hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Osmani a kiadványnak a vonatban adott interjújában elmondta, hogy hazája EBESZ-elnöksége idején Ukrajna a fő prioritás, mert az országban dől el az európai biztonsági helyzet jövője. „Amikor a szervezet alapjait fenyegeti veszély, erre kell összpontosítani. És pontosan ez történik most Ukrajnában – az Ukrajna elleni orosz agresszió lerombolja a nemzetközi rend alapjait” – tette hozzá.
Időközben Osmani Kijevben már felkeresett egy iskolát, amelyet Oroszország támadott. „Ez határozott emlékeztető a béke sürgető szükségességére. Minden gyermek megérdemli a biztonságot, az oktatást és a fényes jövőt” – hangoztatta az EBESZ vezetője.
A politikus felidézte, hogy országa EBESZ-elnökségét 2023. január 16-án egy ukrajnai utazással kezdte. Most pedig egy utazással zárja az évet Ukrajna fővárosában. Mint megjegyezte, az EBESZ-nek 21 projektje van Ukrajnában, közülük az egyik az aknamentesítés. Becslések szerint Ukrajnában mintegy 100 000 négyzetkilométernyi terület szennyezett aknákkal. Hozzátette: az aknamentesítési folyamat nem lesz rövid távú. „Az EBESZ lefekteti az alapot, és figyelembe fogja venni egy ilyen folyamat környezeti következményeit” – mondta Bujar Osmani.

A jelentések szerint a francia védelmi miniszter közvetlenül az ukrán fővárosba érkezése után Kijev központjában felkereste és megkoszorúzta az orosz invázió halálos áldozatainak emlékművét.
A francia média szerint Lecornu Kijevben az Ukrajnának nyújtott francia támogatás alakulásáról fog beszélni Oroszország nagyszabású katonai agressziójának visszaverése érdekében.
A francia védelmi miniszterrel együtt két tucat védelmi ipari vállalat képviselője is Kijevbe érkezett, hogy az Ukrajnának nyújtott támogatásokról és az ipari partnerségről tárgyaljanak.
A körülbelül húsz páncélozott járművek, tüzérség, pilóta nélküli légi járművek gyártására, kibernetikai és csere-támogatásra szakosodott francia cégek képviselői a megbeszélések után ukrán kollégáikkal partnerségi megállapodásokat írnak alá.

Jens Stoltenberg NATO-főtitkár csütörtökön előre be nem jelentett látogatásra Kijevbe érkezett, és már találkozott Volodimir Zelenszkij elnökkel – jelentette az rbc.ua hírportál.
A tudósítás szerint Zelenszkij a NATO-főtitkárral közösen tartott sajtótájékoztatón megköszönte Stoltenbergnek a „tartalmas megbeszélést”. Külön kiemelte, hogy Ukrajna és a NATO mindent megtesz annak érdekében, hogy Ukrajna mielőbb az Észak-atlanti Szövetség tagja legyen.
„Ukrajna már védi a közös szabadságteret, amely az összes NATO-tagot egyesíti, és Ukrajna győzelme ebben a provokálatlan és bűnös háborúban, amelyet Oroszország robbantott ki, garantáltan biztosítja a hosszú távú biztonságot és békét, és nem csak államunk, hanem az egész kontinens számára” – mondta az elnök.
Az államfő megköszönte a nemzetközi partnerek segítségét is, és kiemelte Ukrajna NATO-val való együttműködésének eredményeit, emlékeztetve a harckocsi-, vadászgép- és más koalíciókra. „Minden kulcsfontosságú védelmi kérdést megbeszéltem Jens Stoltenberggel, amelyek figyelmet igényelnek, a csatatéren kialakult helyzetet és az ukrán hadsereg igényeit” – hangsúlyozta Volodimir Zelenszkij.

A jelentés szerint Baerbock Kijevbe érkezéskor kijelentette: „Ukrajna nagy bátorsággal és elszántsággal védi a szabadságot és mindannyiunkat. Ahogy Ukrajna kiáll mellettünk, ugyanúgy támaszkodhat ránk.”
A német diplomácia vezetője hozzátette: jelenleg készül az Európai Unióban Ukrajna csatlakozási tárgyalásainak a megkezdéséről szóló döntés. „Az igazságszolgáltatási reform (Ukrajnában – a szerk.) és a médiával kapcsolatos jogszabályok eredményei már láthatóak. Az oligarchaellenes törvény végrehajtása és a korrupció elleni küzdelem még hátravan” – hangsúlyozta.
Baerbock emlékeztetett arra, hogy Ukrajnában gőzerővel zajlik a téli felkészülés, de „az évszaktól függetlenül” Németország nem hagyja abba „Ukrajna támogatását az orosz agresszió elleni védekezésben gazdaságilag, katonailag és humanitáriusan”.
A német külügyminiszter kitért a gyermekek Oroszországba történő erőszakos deportálásának kérdésére is. „Támogatjuk azokat a szervezeteket, az ukrán hatóságokat és civil szervezeteket, amelyek azon dolgoznak, hogy az elrabolt gyermekeket hazavigyék. És hogy ezek a bűncselekmények kiderüljenek. A Nemzetközi Büntetőbíróság vádemelése is fontos hozzájárulás ehhez az ügyhöz” – hangsúlyozta Annalene Baerbock.
A német külügyminiszternek ez a negyedik ukrajnai látogatása. Legutóbb 2022 szeptemberében volt Kijevben.

Antony Blinken amerikai külügyminiszter csütörtökön, ukrajnai látogatásának második napján szemrevételezte az ukrán határőrségnek átadott amerikai felszerelést, megfigyelő drónokat és páncélozott járműveket Kijev mellett.
„Meglátogattam a határőrséget, hogy megtekintsem, hogyan védelmezik Ukrajna területét és népét. Új támogatás gyanánt 300 millió dollárt nyújtunk Ukrajna rendvédelmi szektorának, hogy folytatni tudja ezt a fontos munkát.
