Az ENSZ szakértői készek segíteni az olenyivkai támadás kivizsgálásában.
A hírt Farhan Haq, az ENSZ-főtitkár helyettes szóvivője jelentette ki – írja az Ukrinform. „Az olenyivkai börtönben a közelmúltban történt tragédiával kapcsolatban, a felek megállapodásától függően, készek vagyunk egy olyan szakértői csoportot küldeni, amely kész a vizsgálat elvégzésre” – mondta.
Hozzátette: az ENSZ is „teljes mértékben támogatja a Vöröskereszt Nemzetközi Bizottságának kezdeményezéseit”.
Mint korábban közöltük, az orosz megszállók légicsapást mértek az olenyivkai börtönre, ahol az ukrán hadifoglyokat őrizték. A véres gyilkosság ügyében nyomozást indított az ukrán Főügyészség.
Elmondásuk szerint a helyszínen közel 40 ukrán hadifogoly vesztette életét, s 130 személy sérült meg.
