 „Непрощенна помилка”. Президент Ірану Хасан Роухані заявив, що „Глибоко шкодує” про збиття літака МАУ 
 Про це на своїй сторінці у Twitter заявив президент Ірану Хасан Роухані.
 „Внутрішнє розслідування Збройних Сил дійшло висновку, що, на жаль, ракети, випущені через людські помилки, спричинили жахливу катастрофу українського літака і загибелі 176 невинних людей. Розслідування продовжують виявляти  і переслідувати цю велику трагедію і непрощенну помилку.
 Роухані висловив співчуття у тому, що сталося. „Ісламська Республіка Іран глибоко шкодує про цю страшну помилку. Мої думки та молитви йдуть до всіх сімей. Я висловлюю свої найщиріші співчуття”, – додав він.
