Volodimir Zelenszkij elnök szorgalmazta az orvosi kannabisz legalizálását és az ilyen drogok használatát mindenki számára, akinek szüksége van rá – számolt be szerdán az rbc.ua hírportál az államfő Legfelsőbb Tanácsban elmondott beszédére hivatkozva.
A jelentés szerint Zelenszkij rámutatott, hogy Ukrajnának alkalmaznia kell a világ összes legjobb gyakorlatát a testi és mentális rehabilitációban. „A világ összes legjobb gyakorlatát, a leghatékonyabb gyakorlatokat, minden megoldást, bármilyen nehéznek vagy szokatlannak is tűnnek számunkra, alkalmaznunk kell Ukrajnában, hogy az ukránoknak, minden állampolgárunknak ne kelljen elviselnie a fájdalmat, a stresszt és háborús traumákat” – hangsúlyozta.
Az elnök nemcsak az orvosi kannabisz legalizálását támogatta, hanem ellenőrzött ukrajnai termesztését is. „Végre őszintén legalizálnunk kell a kannabisz alapú gyógyszereket, a vonatkozó tudományos kutatásokat és az ellenőrzött ukrán termesztést mindenki számára, akinek szüksége van rá” – emelte ki Volodimir Zelenszkij.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy Ukrajna fokozatosan a gyógyszerek előállításához használt gyógyászati kannabisz legalizálása felé halad. Az ukránok nagy része azonban ellenzi az orvosi kannabisz legalizálását.
Ukrajna rekordidőn belül az Európai Unió tagjává kíván válni, a csatlakozási folyamat öt évig tart majd – jelentette ki Olha Sztefanisina európai és euroatlanti integrációért felelős miniszterelnök-helyettes egy rádióinterjúban, számolt be az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint a helyettes kormányfő az Ukrán Rádiónak nyilatkozva azt mondta: „elég ambiciózusak az előrejelzéseink. Konkrét dátumokról nem akarok beszélni, mert ezek nem csak attól függnek, hogy mennyire vagyunk készen. Ez (a csatlakozási folyamat – a szerk.) akár tíz évig is eltarthat, de legfeljebb öt évig.
A miniszterelnök-helyettes hangsúlyozta azt is, hogy Ukrajna nem fog késlekedni a tagsághoz szükséges feladatok végrehajtásával. „Biztosan nem hagyjuk, hogy a csatlakozás elhúzódjon. A ránk eső feladatokat már teljesítettük, rekordidő alatt tudunk továbblépni a tárgyalások felé és politikailag csatlakozni az EU-hoz. Ugyanúgy, ahogy a tagjelöltségünk esetében történt” – mutatott rá Olha Sztefanisina.
A hírportál emlékeztetett arra, hogy Ursula von der Leyen, az Európai Bizottság elnöke korábban bejelentette, hogy Európa új törvények elfogadását várja Ukrajnától, amelyek csökkentik az oligarchák túlzott befolyását és biztosítják a korrupcióellenes szervezetek vezetőinek kinevezését.

Az európai uniós tagjelölti státusz nagyon fontos Ukrajna számára, mert annak megadása megszilárdítja az ukrán állam európai fejlődési vektorát – jelentette ki Dmitro Kuleba külügyminiszter kedden a Novoje Vremja ukrán rádiónak nyilatkozva, adta hírül az rbc.ua hírportál.
A jelentés szerint az ukrán diplomácia vezetője feltette a kérdést: miért olyan fontos ez a státusz? „Ez jogilag megerősíti Ukrajnát az európai integrációs projektben. Ez egy kövér pont kitevése az Ukrajnával szemben több évtizeden át folytatott európai stratégiai bizonytalanság politikájának végére. A bizonytalanság végére, amely megszűnt konstruktívnak lenni” – adta meg a választ.
Kuleba szerint az ukrán európai tagjelöltség előtti zöld lámpa megsemmisíti az orosz propagandisták régóta fújt narratíváját, miszerint „az ukránok soha nem lesznek képesek az EU részévé válni”.
Mint a hírportál emlékeztetett rá, Kuleba korábban kijelentette, hogy az európai uniós tagjelölti státusz megadása Ukrajnának, győzelem mind az ország, mind egész Európa számára.
