І це проблема коронавірусу, яка може вплинути, в тому числі й на політтехнології. Тому що, прикриваючись коронавірусом, дуже легко впливати на явку тих чи інших електоральних груп. До прикладу, ви хочете понизити явку свого конкурента, за якого голосують переважно виборці старшого віку – достатньо чуток про масове поширення хвороби для того, щоб збити бажання виборців приходити на виборчі дільниці”, – заявив Кошель.
